You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It was purchased directly from our official website, kanolia.us;
- It is returned within the return window stated above;
- It is in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and components included;
- You can provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our product. If your Kanolia collar doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within the return window for a refund, subject to the conditions in this policy.4. How to Start a Return

- The name used on the order;
- The reason for your return.
Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send your item back before receiving confirmation from us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
